- Prepare mechanical drawings using CAD/BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit for drafting and coordination.
- Produce HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical system layouts based on engineering design.
- Assist engineers in preparing technical drawings, sections, details and schematics.
- Update and revise drawings according to site conditions, design changes and client requirements.
- Maintain drawing revisions, documentation control, and project records.
- Support project teams during construction, installation, and inspection stages.
- Provide support in tender drawings, design documentation, and technical proposals.
- Manage documentation archiving, file naming conventions and cloud drive.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Drafter in the construction industry with mechanical based.
- Strong technical drawing and design skills, with ability to interpret blueprint.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
