- Passionate about property sales and building a long-term career in the industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; presentable, approachable, customer-oriented, and confident in engaging with prospective purchasers, including high-end clients
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Energetic team player with a proactive mindset
- Experience in property sales will be an added advantage
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred due to business and customer engagement needs
Remuneration Package: Basic + Allowances + Commission
- Promote and sell the Company’s property projects professionally and effectively
- Attend to walk-in customers, leads, and sales enquiries
- Build strong relationships with prospective purchasers and provide excellent customer service
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable property units
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and follow-ups with potential buyers
- Support the sales process from enquiry stage to booking and closing
- Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Support marketing strategies and promotional activities that enhance project visibility, product presentation, and sales opportunities.
