Job Responsibilities:
- To involve in preparing installation, assembling, commissioning & troubleshooting of security systems such as CCTV, Card Access System, intelligent alarm monitoring systems and etc.
- To involve in testing of in-house as well as 3rd party security products.
- To help customers to solve technical issues.
- To involve in servicing of security products.
- To report service & repair status to their respective supervisor.
- To assist in preparation & submission of various technical reports to their respective supervisor.
- To provide system or product training to the customers
Requirement:
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Technical Knowledge in ELV Systems, ,ICT and computer is an added advantage.
- Analytical thinking and Good Self Discipline
- Ability to work independently without much supervision.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to change work schedules.
