Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks and office documentation
- Prepare invoices, quotations, delivery orders (DO), and reports
- Maintain proper filing, data entry, and record management
- Coordinate with customers, drivers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Monitor drivers’ schedules and assist in transport coordination
- Support day-to-day office operations and management tasks
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or admin-related work is an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
