Job Description :
- Maintain the machine to ensure it is in good condition.
- Managing a group of Maintenance workers and making sure that all follow safety regulations and procedures.
- Communicating with all suppliers, service providers, & Contractor about maintenance & facility issues.
- Prepare yearly department budget and run the department effcitiely with in target.
- Knowledge in Hydraulics, Electronics, software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems is an added advantage.
- Do plan and arrange Preventive Maintenance for all machines.
- Respond and take immediate action to rectify break down machine and reduce the downtime.
- Making detailed records of all maintenance activities like spare parts, facilities spend, Preventive, downtime, etc.
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or a Degree.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field.
- Ability to read machine manuals, electrical, mechanical, and assembly parts installation & troubleshooting
- Familiar with Mazak, DMG Mori & Fanuc CNC Machines
- Knowledge of and experience with electrical test equipment, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
