Location: Sabah
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and oversee mill operations to achieve production targets efficiently and safely.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
- Identify, implement, and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mill performance and reduce downtime.
- Provide technical expertise on milling and processing technologies, machinery optimization, and engineering solutions.
- Manage maintenance planning and troubleshooting to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Develop and mentor operational teams, fostering a culture of responsibility, discipline, and high performance.
- Prepare and present operational reports, production data, and performance analysis to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the industrial sector, preferably in palm oil mills, kernel crushing plants, refineries, or oleochemical plants.
- Must possess a 1st Grade Steam Engineer’s Certificate of Competency.
- Strong knowledge of the latest milling and processing technologies.
- Ability to drive continuous system and process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills with dynamic qualities and the ability to manage diverse teams.
