This isn't your average internship – you'll be a creative powerhouse, designing captivating communication materials that bring our Total Rewards programs to life. Get ready to use your digital savvy to create visually stunning content and directly contribute to boosting engagement across the organization!
What You'll Do (Roles & Responsibilities):
- Content Creation Extraordinaire:
- Unleash your creativity! Design eye-catching infographics, engaging newsletters, dynamic presentations, and captivating videos that make complex information easy to understand and exciting. Your mission? To ensure everyone gets it and loves it!
- Become a Canva pro and master of Google Workspace tools to produce visually stunning content that perfectly reflects our brand.
- Communication Strategist in the Making:
- Team up with our Total Rewards Manager to craft and roll out communication plans that cut through the noise and highlight the amazing benefits and compensation programs we offer.
- Employee Engagement Champion:
- Help us plan and execute awesome holistic wellbeing events, from concept to communication. Your creative promos will ensure high participation and a buzzing atmosphere!
- Be the voice of our employees! Gather feedback on our communications and brainstorm innovative ways to make our programs even better, boosting satisfaction and creating a truly engaged workforce.
Who We're Looking For (Requirements):
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. (You've got the foundational knowledge, now let's build on it!)
- A wizard with Canva and other design tools – show us what you can create! Please submit your portfolio (sample design works, etc.) if available.w
- A communication rockstar, both in writing and speaking.
- A true creative thinker with a burning passion for designing content that sparks interest and delivers impact.
- Someone who thrives both independently and as a collaborative team player.
- A super organized individual with a keen eye for detail.
