We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our Johor Bahru team. If you are passionate about technical sales and eager to grow with a global brand, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Proactively identify and engage potential clients in the manufacturing, printing, and packaging sectors.
- Technical Consulting: Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase Domino’s cutting-edge solutions.
- Solution Customization: Collaborate with our technical and service teams to tailor coding solutions that meet specific client operational needs.
- Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the full sales process—from lead generation and proposal preparation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing accounts and provide exceptional after-sales support.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirement
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical sales (experience in industrial machinery or printing equipment is highly advantaged).
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and associates). Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand machinery specifications and explain complex technical solutions in a clear, compelling way.
- Mobility: Must possess own transport and be willing to travel locally for client visits.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, self-motivated, results-driven, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Tools: Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
