Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical wiring works, including cable pulling, cable trunking, conduit installation, and termination.
- Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.).
- Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components.
- Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them.
- Assist engineers in inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and rectification of electrical wiring systems and control panels.
- Read, understand, and follow electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, and control drawings.
- Support site installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure all electrical works are carried out in compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and workmanship standards.
- Participate in project work at factory, mill, plant, or customer site as assigned.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties and technical assignments as required by the company from time to time.
- Ensure tools and equipment are in good condition.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in electrical wiring, panel wiring, site installation, or related industrial electrical works will be an added advantage.
- Able to read and understand electrical drawings, control diagrams, and wiring schematics.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good attitude, teamwork, and communication
- Familiar with industrial electrical systems and automation-related work will be an added advantage.
- Committed to safety, quality, and proper documentation.
