Key Responsibilities:
- To prepare freight documents such as invoice and delivery order
- To arrange delivery of goods and documents via courier service
- To liaise with freight forwarders and subsidiaries on shipments
- To prepare custom documents such as CJ3, CJ5, CJ10 and other related documents
- To maintain proper logistics files and records
- Special related duties
Competency:
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all level of people
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English Language
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office
- Problem solving skill
Qualification:
Completed SPM or equivalent or preferably with certificate in the area of logistics or with relevant experience
Experience:
Previous experience for at least 2 years in related field
