Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage daily office and sales administrative operations
- Assist the manager in analysing sales data
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments
- Prepare and distribute meeting notices, sales memos, and agendas
- Record and organise meeting minutes
主要職責
- 協助並處理日常辦公室及銷售行政工作
- 協助經理分析銷售數據
- 確保各部門之間溝通順暢
- 準備並發送會議通知、銷售備忘錄及議程
- 記錄並整理會議紀要
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification and above
- No experience required (training provided)
- Experienced candidates will be given priority
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word & Excel)
任職要求
- 至少具備SPM 或上學歷
- 無需經驗(公司提供培訓)
- 有相關經驗者優先考慮
- 具備基本電腦操作能力(Microsoft Word & Excel)
