The role of a sales coordinator is to take and process quotation requests from customers, actively seek the conversion of inquiries to orders and act in a customer service role between our sales staff and customers. The Sales coordinator is responsible for supporting the Capture Sales Initiative and its clients / sales partners including: client/agency research, presentations, generation and verification of sales orders, revenue reporting and troubleshooting problems.
Job Description:
- To assist the sales team in the preparation of quotation, proposals, reports and to attend to all incoming sales enquiries.
- To assist the company to achieve its annual sales target.
- To coordinate and liaise with team members and sales personnel’s on sales related matters.
- To source, identify and appoint agents/ distributors/ representatives
- To manage, liaise, support and ensure that agents and distributors achieved their sales target by attending immediately to enquiries, preparing sufficient marketing tools and etc.
- To attend and follow up on all enquiries immediately with the consideration of time is a factor.
- Good follow up skills with the ability to support and deliver customer's enquiries and handle all sales administration duties.
- Liaise with customer on payment mode and deliveries schedule
- To identify sales activities’ weaknesses and highlight to management for analysis and propose various remedies to management to further improve on the above
