1) Understand customer need and requirements to develop effective quality control process.
2) Devices and review specifications for products or processes.
3) Set requirement for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their
compliance.
4) Supervise inspector, technician and others staff and provided guidance and feedback.
5) Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standard.
6) Approve the right product or reject defectives.
7) Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
8) To make sure QMS procedure run correctly.
9) Responded quality issue from customer.
10) Conduct and monitor quality staff duties / activities.
11) Verifies to all docs inspection records (IQC,IPQC,OQC)
12) Review for quality improvement plan / continues improvement.
13) To make sure production must follow WI in production.
14) Conduct and training subordinates for skill progress.
