Responsibility
- Follow up on leads and customers assigned from HQ and showrooms
- Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and lifestyle needs
- Prepare 2D & 3D drawings, design proposals, and quotations
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative design concepts
- Plan, manage, and execute projects to meet deadlines
- Attend to walk-in customers at showrooms and exhibitions
- Conduct site visits and prepare site reports
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, contractors, and management
- Handle after-sales service and customer follow-ups
- Assist with payment collection
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
What we're looking for
- SPM / Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh grads with passion are welcome too!)
- Proficient in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
- (Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Familiar with design software such as AI House, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player
