Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and schedule service jobs, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Act as the main contact between customers, service team, and management.
- Prepare service reports, job orders, and necessary documentation.
- Monitor service progress to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions.
- Maintain proper records of service activities and parts used.
- Support service team with administrative tasks and resource planning.
Job Requirements :
- Posses at least SPM or Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Experience in customer service, service coordination, or administrative support is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Required Languages in Bahasa Malaysia , English & Mandarin ( Preferred )
