Junior Admin (Kepong, KL)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage daily operations of the academy
  • Handle inquiries, registrations, and scheduling
  • Maintain records and coordinate with coaches & parents
  • Oversee billing, payments, and academy logistics
  • Ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all weekly and daily report are up to dates and accurate

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in administration (sports/education is preferred)
  • Proven work experience in customer service related is highly preferred
  • Computer Literate – particularly with Excel
  • Prefer detail-oriented person
  • Demonstrate good communication and customer service skills
  • Possess own transport

Work Days & Hours:

Wed to Fri: 1pm - 9pm

Sat & Sun: 9am - 9pm
