Job Description
- Pursued growth and business expansion opportunist by developing new clients and maintaining good relationship with existing customers.
- Execute day to day sales activities, which includes sales visitation, updating new business potentials, feedback on customer performance, satisfactions and progress of business development activities.
- Coordinate and communicate clearly the customer's requirements (operations, billing, communications, etc) to the Customer Service teams.
- To plan, implement all sales, marketing & promotional strategies in order to achieve the sales target.
- Keeps abreast of trends and innovative sales techniques in an effort to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Responsible for achieving sales target for sector in freight forwarding (Air & Sea) for both import and export markets, transport and container division business.
- To provide necessary support and aftersales service to customer.
- Prepare proposals / quotations to customers and follow up closely with the customers to turn them into actual sales.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
- Prepare and submit sales report weekly.
- Required logistics experiences or fresh graduate with Diploma / Degree in Logistics.
