Job Description as Purchasing & Estimation Engineer:
- To support sales department for the product technical
- Perform site check
- Liase with product principal for technical & commercial purpose
- Prepare technical comprehensive proposals
- Project & product costing, tender, quotation & purchase request
- Provide advice to customers on selection of products/solutions
- Assist company exhibition, roadshow, conference or others sales event
- Provide pre and post-sales assistance and after-sales service to customers
- Knowledge of technical/application based on all products
- On site troubleshooting works
- Stock management (stock take, delivery, & stock repairing job)
- Supplier/material/part sourcing
- Handle oversea purchase for agency product
- Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and quality goods/services, PO issuance
