Delitea is a fast-growing F&B company with over 18 years of experience.
We supply 400+ types of beverage ingredients & machines to cafes, restaurants, and eateries – and we support them with menu design, staff training, branding & marketing.
Now we’re looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our team at Delitea HQ – KIP, Kepong.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English, Malay & Mandarin
- Own transport
- Good work ethics, positive attitude & communication skills
- Team player, problem solver, can work independently
- Outgoing, enjoys engaging with customers and providing solutions tailored to their needs.
- Basic computer skills (Google Drive, MS Office, Email)
- SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of sales experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and promote Delitea’s products & services
- Meet customers and present product solutions
- Identify customer needs and close deals
- Handle inquiries & prepare quotations
- Follow up on orders, payments, and after-sales service
