LOGISTIC COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES :

1. Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
2. Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
3. Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
4. Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
5. Tracking and fixing shipping errors
6. Preparing bills and invoices
7. Managing distribution and shipment budgets
8. Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
9. Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
10. Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
11. Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
12. Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
13. Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
14. Prepare accurate reports for upper management

RESOURCE REQUIREMENTS :

1. Minimum 2 years experience as logistic coordinator in precast concrete industry
2. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
3. Outstanding organization and coordination abilities
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Able to understand simple English
6. Diploma or SPM equivalent
