Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend to enquiries from Digital Marketing (FB) or referrals.
- Schedule face to face meetup or online meeting appointment
- Do presentation and assess the site requirements (pre-site visit)
- Prepare budgetary quotation or Joint venture proposal with projected income.
- Send to potential client and follow up
- Handover to the operation team if site visit is required, BDO only joins where necessary.
- Get installation proposal from operation and send it to client for reference. Also send a wiring quotation to James to approve for JV case.
- For JV: Prepare joint venture agreement and arrange for signing & stamping before passing 1 copy to the client. Signal operation to kickstart installation.
- For Outright: Sign sales order form and pass to admin to process and prepare invoice.
- Handover to operation to kickstart installation after payment received.
- Update client on installation progress.
- After sales follow up.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma graduates. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capable of managing stress and meeting tight timelines.
- 1-2 years' experience in the EV or related technology industry (optional but beneficial).
- Mandarin speaker (optional but beneficial).
