Job Scope
The Driver shall perform duties including but not limited to:
- Collect assigned parcels from Drop-Off Points (DOP), sellers, or designated locations
- Ensure all pick-ups are completed within the assigned schedule
- Plan and follow efficient routes for collection
- Handle parcels carefully in accordance with Company and Client SOP
- Ensure accurate scanning and status updates in the system
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors and hub team
- Follow all instructions and operational guidelines issued by the Company and/or Client
Attendance & Discipline
- Ensure punctual attendance daily
- Complete all assigned tasks within the stipulated timeline
- Maintain professional conduct at all times
Compliance & Responsibility
- Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times
- Bear full responsibility for any traffic fines, summons, or penalties incurred during work
- Ensure proper handling of company assets and equipment
Requirements
- Valid GDL License (Class D or E)
- Physically fit and able to handle parcels
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior courier / logistics experience is an added advantage
