We are looking for a driven and energetic intern to join our Mass Hiring Team. If you enjoy communicating with people and want hands-on experience in recruitment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for high-volume roles (e.g. couriers)
- Reach out to candidates via calls, WhatsApp and job platforms
- Assist with interview coordination and onboarding
- Support recruiters in achieving hiring targets
Requirements:
- Proactive, willing to learn and positive attitude
- Comfortable communicating with candidates daily
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
