Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Measure quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Monitor project costs and track expenses
- Prepare progress claims and payment certificates
- Handle tender documents and evaluate quotations
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project team
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure all work complies with contract terms
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Basic knowledge of construction costing and contracts
- Good skills in Microsoft Excel and QS software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred:
- 1–3 years of QS experience (construction industry preferred)
- Familiarity with local construction standards and contracts
