Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate project work on-site.
- Assist Engineer and technician in documentation and on-site work.
- Liaise with technicians, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as site reports, maintenance logs, and inspection records.
- Assist in supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Provide support in handling emergency breakdowns and troubleshooting.
- Conduct site inspections and report any issues or improvement areas.
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma/Certificate or relevant technical qualifications.
- 2 years of experience in project, maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge or skills in Air-conditioning, Mechanical and Ventilation (ACMV) is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of local safety regulations and site safety practices.
- Able and willing to travel.
- Able to work independently with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
