Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Trainer to join our Sales team. In this role, you will train clients on our end-to-end account receivable system after implementation, ensure successful onboarding, and strengthen product adoption. You will also support internal teams by building product knowledge, developing training materials, and contributing to product documentation and tutorials.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, communicating with clients, and translating complex product features into clear, practical guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Client Training & Onboarding
- Conduct product training sessions for new and existing clients after system implementation.
- Plan and execute onboarding programs to help clients understand system workflows, features, and best practices.
- Provide refresher training and specialized sessions when new features or enhancements are released.
Internal Training & Knowledge Support
- Deliver internal product training for new hires and existing employees.
- Maintain internal product knowledge bases, guides, tutorials, and FAQs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure alignment on product updates.
Documentation & Enablement Materials
- Create and update user guides, manuals, product documentation, and training decks.
- Produce short videos, walkthroughs, and feature tutorials for both clients and internal teams.
- Standardize training templates and ensure consistent quality across all materials.
Product Support & Feedback Loop
- Provide basic product support to clients during and after training sessions.
- Gather user feedback and communicate it to the Product and Support teams.
- Identify knowledge gaps internally and externally and propose solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends to enhance training initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a B2B corporate environment.
- Strong presentation facilitation skills (virtual & physical), communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High adaptability and willingness to learn product features quickly.
- Experience in software, SaaS, fintech, banking, or debt collection systems is an advantage
- Good command of English; Bahasa Malaysia or other languages are a bonus.
- Nice to have: familiarity with system implementation or UAT processes.
- Willing and able to travel for onsite training, including interstate travel using own transport.
