Job Responsibilities
• Handle daily administrative and clerical duties
• Prepare, manage, and maintain company documentation and records
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments
• Assist management with operational and reporting tasks
• Maintain proper filing systems and ensure document compliance
Job Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 1 year of administrative experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
