Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with customers
Understand client business goals and identify opportunities for IT solutions
Present, propose, and sell IT products and services (e.g., cloud, software, networking, cybersecurity, managed services)
Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to design and implement solutions
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure
Monitor account performance, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations when necessary
Prepare reports, forecasts, and account plans
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
2–5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in IT solutions
Strong understanding of IT products and services
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong customer-focused and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work with technical teams and translate technical concepts into business value
Strategic account planning and pipeline management
