Minimum Requirement

Required Skills

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Application Support or IT Application Support.
Good command of English, both written and verbal.
Familiar with application defect and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
Experience in managing production issues, including issue monitoring, troubleshooting coordination, follow-up until resolution, and documentation.
Able to provide application support and respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills with users and technical teams.
Able to document incidents, resolutions, and support activities accurately.
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
