Maintain accurate measurements and follow recipes to ensure quality and uniformity across all pastry items
Operate pastry equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and specialized pastry tools
Organize and maintain the pastry station, ensuring all ingredients and tools are properly stored and accessible
Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve optimal results
Assist with pastry decoration, plating, and presentation to meet aesthetic standards
Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in all pastry preparation areas
Support the pastry team with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of pastry items to service
Adapt to dietary requirements and allergen management protocols as directed
