Cons: Don't count on much in terms of bonuses or big annual raises though; they're super minimal here. It's tough to negotiate your initial offer for security roles, so what you get is mostly what you'll stick with for a while. The pay transparency isn't great either.
Advice to Management: Revisit the compensation structure, especially regarding bonuses and annual raises. It's hard to retain good talent in the competitive cybersecurity industry when other companies offer more attractive packages.
