Pros: You do get to work on some interesting integration projects in the Singapore tech scene. The team is supportive, which helps a lot when things get hectic. We often get flex time after major deliverables.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough during crunch times, especially as a Solutions Architect. Expect longer hours for critical system integrations. There's not much remote work flexibility, it's mostly onsite in the Singapore office.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage project scopes to avoid constant crunch periods. More support for hybrid work arrangements would also be a big plus for employee morale.
