Pros: As a Software Engineer, the hybrid work arrangement is a solid perk here. You can usually work remote a couple of days a week. It's helpful for managing personal stuff, especially in a busy fintech startup.
Cons: The mandatory onsite days can feel a bit rigid sometimes. Also, there's not much consistency across different teams in the Singapore office, which makes planning tough. More flexibility on which days are remote would be great.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize the hybrid work policy across all teams. More consistent work flexibility would really improve morale, especially for technical roles.
