Pros: The team here is super collaborative, especially for a Marketing Specialist. We have a pretty solid hybrid model, so WFH is possible a few days a week, which really helps with Jakarta traffic. The overall company culture is generally supportive among colleagues.
Cons: Things move pretty slow, honestly. Decision-making can feel really drawn out, which isn't ideal in the fast-paced beauty industry. It sometimes feels like there's a bit of 'old guard' thinking, even for a mid-sized corporate company.
Advice to Management: Try to streamline decision processes and empower teams to move faster. The beauty industry demands quick pivots, and the current pace can hold us back.
