Pros: I learned so much as a Marketing Specialist here. The team is supportive and there's a pretty decent hybrid work model. You get to work with exciting beauty brands, which is a plus.
Cons: Work-life balance can be a struggle, especially during campaign launches. Long hours are common in this fast-paced startup environment. Sometimes, you just can't disconnect, even with the hybrid setup.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage workloads, especially for the Marketing Specialist roles during peak seasons. More focus on employee well-being beyond just flexible hours would help.

Pros: You get solid exposure to the e-commerce landscape. Learning opportunities for new skills are decent, especially for entry-level roles. The team environment in the Jakarta office is generally supportive, which is a plus.
Cons: Career growth here is often limited for more experienced roles. As a Senior Marketing Associate, moving up feels difficult. Internal mobility isn't great, and there aren't many clear advancement paths after a certain point. Even with the hybrid model, you can feel stuck.
Advice to Management: Focus on creating clearer career paths, especially for mid-level employees. Invest more in internal training and promotion opportunities. This will help with retention across beauty tech roles.
