Pros: The actual podcast content we produce is really engaging. Working on true crime stories in the audio production space is genuinely interesting. My immediate team in the New York City office is super supportive, which helps when things get hectic.
Cons: Upper management often seems disconnected from daily operations. As a Content Coordinator, I felt my feedback wasn't really heard. There's a lot of top-down decision-making without much input from people on the ground. It makes it tough to implement new ideas.
Advice to Management: Try to get more input from your teams, especially those working directly on content. Listening to employees on the ground could really improve morale and project outcomes.
