Pros: The team culture here is pretty solid. I've learned a ton working on different design sprints and collaborating with experienced senior designers, which is great for a Junior UX Designer starting out. The hybrid work model is also a plus.
Cons: Job security really isn't the best in this creative tech industry right now. There's been a lot of internal restructuring, which makes everyone nervous. It feels like roles can disappear without much warning, even for dedicated team members in the Austin, TX office.
Advice to Management: Management needs to be more transparent about the company's direction and any potential layoffs or role changes. Clear communication would help boost morale and reduce anxiety for employees.
