Cons: Career growth is really tough here. There aren't many clear promotion paths for engineering roles, especially after your first year. It feels like you're stuck unless a senior position opens up, which doesn't happen often in the Jakarta office.
Advice to Management: Create clearer development plans and pathways for individual contributors. It would really help with retention in engineering.
