Decent start for BPO, but leadership needs work
Pros: It's a pretty good place for entry-level jobs in the customer service industry. You learn the ropes quickly and the processes are well-defined for BPO operations. The Jakarta office environment is generally modern and comfortable.
Cons: Leadership can be a real mixed bag here. Some team leads aren't really prepared for their roles, which makes getting consistent guidance tough. It's hard to get clear feedback or feel like there's a path for career growth when management isn't strong, especially in these onsite roles.
Advice to Management: Invest more in leadership training for your middle management. Provide clear development paths and mentorship for team leads so they can better support their teams. Better communication from the top down would also really help morale and clarity for employees in the customer service industry.

Decent Start, But Long-Term Security is iffy
Pros: They offer solid entry-level opportunities, which is great for new grads in the BPO industry. You get decent training as a Customer Service Representative, and the initial team support is good.
Cons: Job security isn't the strongest here, especially with contracts. It feels like there's not much room to grow past a certain point in the Jakarta office. Makes planning your future a bit hard.
Advice to Management: Try to create more defined career progression paths. It would really help with employee retention and make people feel more secure.
