Pros: I've really appreciated the hybrid work options. It's nice to have 2-3 days remote, which is a big plus as a Content Specialist. That flexibility helps a lot with personal appointments. For the digital media industry, it's pretty solid.
Cons: While there's WFH, some teams still push for more onsite time than others. It can be tough if you're looking for a fully remote setup. The office in Singapore is fine, but the varied expectations can be confusing.
Advice to Management: Consider standardizing the hybrid policy across all departments. This would create clearer expectations and improve work-life balance for everyone.

Pros: The mission is genuinely good, supporting parents is cool. The team in the Singapore office is really collaborative and supportive, especially for new Content Creator roles. Decent benefits for a growing startup too.
Cons: Career growth is pretty stagnant after a certain point. There isn't a clear path for promotion or skill development, especially for those of us in the parenting content industry. You kinda hit a ceiling fast.
Advice to Management: Invest more in structured career development programs for individual contributors, especially in the editorial and content teams. Create clearer promotion pathways.

Pros: For a digital media company, there's decent project stability when you're on a key initiative. As a Content Marketing Specialist, I felt secure during major campaign cycles, especially those focused on parenting tech products in the APAC market.
Cons: However, job security here isn't always clear-cut, especially with the startup feel. There are periods between big projects where you wonder about the next move for digital content roles, and I've seen some team restructuring.
Advice to Management: Try to provide more clarity on long-term team plans for digital content roles, even when projects wrap up. Transparency about company direction helps manage expectations for employees in the Singapore office.
