Responsibilities
- Lead the workshop team and undertake team leadership responsibilities, including task allocation, duty rostering, people management, performance supervision, training to new joiners, equipment inspection schedules
- Responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of the MTR headquarters building and other offices, including assisting in supervising contractors in carrying out maintenance work related to the building, central air-conditioning system, automatic control systems, water supply and drainage systems, fire protection systems, electrical and mechanical equipment, and general builders work
- Perform emergency repairs as required
Qualifications
- Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level is highly preferable
- Possessession of Grade A Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker, relevant technical training certificates and a Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is preferred
- Knowledge in AutoCAD is highly preferable
- Safety-focused with strong sense of responsibility
