Responsibilities
- Undertake design tasks for re-layout works in the office premises
- Prepare tender documents for the capital works in the office premises
- Monitor the building services maintenance and repair works carried out by staff and contractors and attend emergency calls
- Supervise staff in the provision of building administration and facilities management services in an efficient and effective manner
Requirements
- High Diploma / Degree in Building Services or a related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
- Possession of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A) / Licensed Plumber is preferred
- Knowledge in AutoCAD / BIM is highly preferrable
