Main responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive support to relationship managers in managing client portfolios.
- Assisting in the preparation of client documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client transactions.
- Monitoring client accounts and providing timely updates to relationship managers.
- Handling client inquiries and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
- Preparing market research and reports to support client advisory services.

Anforderungsprofil
Requirements
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of the Financial Services industry, particularly Banking & Financial Services.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Greater China clients.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the Financial Services industry.
