There's a strong emphasis on learning new tools and methodologies, and I've definitely grown my skills significantly. The flexibility to work remotely is also a huge plus.
Cons: While the career growth trajectory is good, sometimes the path for advancement could be clearer. Pay and benefits, though adequate, aren't the most competitive compared to other tech companies, especially during particularly busy project sprints where workload can become quite heavy for a temporary period. Improving communication around long-term role development would be beneficial.
