Leadership needs serious work here
Pros: As a Junior Marketing Executive, I picked up a ton about *digital marketing projects* really fast. The *Kuala Lumpur office* has a pretty good vibe and the other team members are super supportive. It's a real *startup environment* so you get hands-on experience.
Cons: The management often gives really unclear directions, which is frustrating. There's not much support from the top when *digital marketing campaigns* run into problems. Decisions feel pretty chaotic, making it tough for us in junior roles to feel secure.
