Pros: The best part about working here is definitely the people. My colleagues are supportive, knowledgeable, and make coming to work enjoyable. There's a real collaborative spirit, especially on the engineering team. I've also appreciated the opportunities to work on interesting projects within the industrial manufacturing space, which has helped me develop my technical skills.
Cons: While career growth is possible, it sometimes feels a bit slow or dependent on specific openings rather than proactive development. Communication from senior leadership could be more consistent, leaving some teams feeling out of the loop on strategic decisions or company direction. More clarity on long-term career paths would be beneficial.
