In addition, several of their staff engineers are also registered professionals with both the Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (EGBC), the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Manitoba (APEGM), and other provinces as required on a project basis.

I appreciated the flexibility we had with hybrid work arrangements, which helped maintain a decent work-life balance.
Cons: While the work is interesting, career progression can feel a bit stagnant unless you're in a favored department. The pay and benefits package, though adequate, doesn't quite keep pace with industry standards for senior roles in this competitive engineering market. Sometimes project timelines can be a bit aggressive, leading to occasional crunch periods. It would be great to see more structured training programs offered.
