Pros: You get to work on interesting Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects with decent tech. The remote work setup is good in theory; I appreciate the flexibility of WFH. You also learn a lot about enterprise software implementations pretty quickly.
Cons: The work-life balance is pretty tough for us Technical Consultants. Client deadlines mean long hours, and you're often expected to be available outside normal hours. It feels like you're always 'on,' which can be draining, especially when trying to manage remote work with personal life.
Advice to Management: Management needs to set clearer boundaries with clients and empower team leads to push back on unrealistic deadlines. We need better resource allocation to prevent burnout for us Technical Consultants. Give WFH employees more support in managing client expectations.
