An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Newcastle College as a Standards Manager for Apprenticeships. The successful candidate will support Directors to mange apprenticeship programmes across a variety of curriculum areas to ensure high levels of performance.
The role involved leading and managing the apprenticeship experience from sign up to completion, ensuring excellent apprentice experience and implementing industry and College requirements including quality, finance and health and safety.
Applications are invited from those who have experience in the management of apprenticeship programmes and demonstrable success in high levels of achievement and attainment. The role requires high levels of understanding of apprenticeship compliance and funding, what makes an excellent apprenticeship experience and confidence in dealing with multiple stakeholders.
