Change Management & Communication Manager is expected to lead the change management and communication aspects of Platform Transformation.

Candidate will plan and execute communications and change management plans and engage senior stakeholders to manage comms, assess change readiness and plans and work with business stakeholders to manage the transitions and/or drive adoption. The Sys Admin is responsible for managing day to day support of operational tasks, requests, incidents and changes meeting customer’s requirements and Service Level Agreements. He/she will also provide support to the System engineer/team lead based on tasks assigned and not limited to:
